Paper Perfection Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Our theme this week is all about paper! I used the Thoughtful Designs Specialty Designer Paper for my project. I love that the sheets from this paper pack are all identical in patterns, with a soft gradation of colors and comes in the following colors: Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Lost Lagoon, Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow, Peach Pie, pearl, Petunia Pop, Pretty Peacock & Wild Wheat.
I chose to use the Petunia Pop sheet this time:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Thoughtful Wishes
- Inks: Petunia Pop
- Cardstock: Petunia Pop, Basic White, Pretty In Pink
- Designer Paper: Thoughtful Designs
- Tools & Accessories: Thoughtful Wishes Dies, Nested Essential Dies, Perennial Postage Dies, Linen Thread, Mini Glue Dots
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Petunia Pop Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Pretty In Pink Cardstock 5-1/8 x 3-7/8. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Thoughtful Designs Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 5: Pretty In Pink Cardstock 3-3/4 x 3/4. Use the largest die from the Perennial Postage Dies to cut one long end of the cardstock. Glue to card front about 1-1/2″ from the bottom.
- Layer 6: Basic White Cardstock cut with #2 die from the Nested Essential Dies. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecut: Use the flower die with Pretty In Pink Cardstock to cut (1). Glue to white layer.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Petunia Pop Cardstock 3 x 1/2 with Petunia Pop Ink. Cut the ends into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Glue over the white layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Linen Thread: Create a bow with the thread and glue to the flower branch with Mini Glue Dots.
