One Layer Cards!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. One-Layer cards are a struggle for me. Most of you know I love our Stampin’ Dimensionals and I love to layer. This is what I came up with:

I used the Linked Together Decorative Masks to add some color with a Blending Brush to the background and then added my stamped flowers & sentiment:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Impressions Abloom
- Inks: Basic Beige, Old Olive, Azure Afternoon, Timid Tiger, Early Espresso, Crushed Curry
- Cardstock: Thick Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls, Linked Together Decorative Masks, Blending Brushes
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2. Add the following:
- Place the decorative mask in the center of the card base. Add Basic Beige Ink with a Blending Brush in the center only.
- Stamp the two sentiments with Early Espresso Ink.
- Stamp the large flower with Azure Afternoon Ink followed by Early Espresso Ink for the detailed image.
- Stamp the smaller flower with Timid Tiger Ink followed by Early Espresso Ink for the detailed image. Repeat twice.
- Stamp the leaves with Old Olive Ink followed by Early Espresso Ink for the detailed image. Repeat three times.
- Stamp the center of each flower with Crushed Curry Ink.
- Add 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls to the background.
