Hello New Colors!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Connie & Mary! I now have in hand, all of our new Stampin’ Up! colors from our upcoming Color Refresh. If you are not a demonstrator, you’ll be able to purchase those new colors on May 2nd. It’s so exciting to get new colors!
Our blog hop today focuses on some of those new colors. Can you spy them on my card below?
I cheated and let the designer paper do all of the work. The Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper is so beautiful and includes a sheet of preprinted squares and rectangles. All I did was cut the printed portion of the sheet to measure 4″ x 4″ and added two layers using two new colors.
I also colored the daisies with Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush and they are all so sparkly. Here are the Stampin’ Up! Products that I used:
- Stamps: Cheerful Daisies
- Cardstock: Wild Wheat, Copper Clay
- Inks: Copper Clay
- Designer Paper: Fresh As A Daisy
- Tools & Accessories: Real Red & Garden Green 3/8″ Ribbon Combo Pack, Cheerful Daisies Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Wild Wheat Cardstock 10″ x 5″. Score at 5″ and fold.
- Layer #2: Copper Clay Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″. Glue to card base.
- Ribbon: Wrap the ribbon around the card front and tie a bow on the left.
- Layer #3: Fresh As A Daisy Designer Paper 4″ x 4″. Glue to card front.
- Layer #4: Stamp the sentiment on Copper Clay Cardstock with Copper Clay Ink. Cut with the die and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Debbie, I love this card. It looks like you painted them yourself, like your recent painting. Beautiful!
