Bingo, Stamp Set & Card Kits Night!
I hosted a fun night with my team recently. Each quarter, they get to earn points for certain tasks and also have a total points goal to meet. If they meet the goal once the quarter ends, we have a Bingo Event by Zoom with kits to create cards and we play a few games of Bingo for bundled prizes.
Last quarter was the first quarter that I offered this and plan on continuing. Because it was Sale-A-Bration, I earned enough of the Driving By stamp set to give one to each team member that earned their Bingo points.
