Stampers Dozen Blog Hop For September 2024

Slip Into Fall Theme!

Hello and welcome to a September Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! I am hopping with the theme Slip Into Fall. My favorite time of year! In Maine, we have the best fall colors starting around this time of year. We have lots of Leaf Peepers visit our state just to spy those colors.

I used the Autumn Leaves Bundle for my card and made my own designer paper for one of the layers:

The leaf images are so pretty, especially when performing the Rock & Roll Technique which adds multiple colors to each leaf:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Autumn Leaves
• Inks: Peach Pie, Cajun Craze, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Pebbled Path, Lemon Lime Twist
• Cardstock: Pebbled Patch, Peach Pie, Basic White
• Tools & Accessories: Autumn Leaves Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Pebbled Path Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
• Layer 2: Peach Pie Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Stamp the double-leaf image with repeatedly with Lemon Lime Twist Ink. Stamp the vein image repeatedly with Pebbled Path Ink. Glue to card front.
• Layer 4: Pebbled Path Cardstock 3-1/4 x 3-1/4. Glue to the left at an angle.
• Layer 5: Basic White Cardstock 3 x 3. Stamp the large vein image in the center with Pebbled Path Ink. Glue to card front on the Pebbled Path layer.
• Large Leaf: Ink the large leaf with Peach Pie Ink. Using the Cajun Craze Ink Pad, roll the edges of the stamp image to add that 2nd color. Stamp on Basic White Cardstock. Cut with the die and glue to the white layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Small Leaf: Ink the small leaf with Daffodil Delight Ink. Using the Crushed Curry Ink Pad, roll the edges of the stamp image to add that 2nd color. Stamp on Basic White Cardstock. Cut with the die and glue to the right of the large leaf with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Peach Pie Cardstock with Pebbled Path Ink. Cut with the label die. Glue over the leaf flat and add a Stampin’ Dimensional on the right end.
