A 3D Chocolate Bar! It Looks Good Enough To Eat!
Welcome to Day 2 of my Chics & Chocolate Stamp Camp. I host this type of class for my local customers once a month and we always have such a good time. What exactly is a Stamp Camp? It’s where I design 4 projects and set up 4 stations. My customers go from table to table and work at their own pace to complete their projects.
Stamp Camps are a great way to learn stamping if you are new. I sometimes include techniques, card folds, punch art or something interesting to work on. I showed Day 1 HERE yesterday and today is my second card for Day 2.
This is a card with a 3D chocolate bar that I have had on my to-try list for a long time. This card was also the inspiration and theme for my class. I started with this project and built my Stamp Camp around a chocolate theme.
The background layer is embossed with the Hive 3D Embossing Folder. All of the squares on the chocolate bar and assembled in layers with two squares and Stampin’ Dimensionals and then the squares are glued to a separate Early Espresso Cardstock layer for the base. The squares are 1″ x 1″ and 7/8″ x 7/8″. The colors are used are Soft Sea Foam and Early Espresso and a little piece of aluminum foil for the wrapper that was scrunched up when glued in place.
The diecut word is from the Love You More Than Dies that coordinate with the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set. Some of the girls told me that they had missed these products in the catalog.
Make sure you come back tomorrow for Day 3!
