Earn The Shining Stars Dies For Only $5!
It’s almost the end of October and our Product Of The Month has been so popular with demonstrators and customers. I was so busy getting ready for craft fairs that I hadn’t had time to create with them until now. First, take a peek at what our set of 23 Shining Stars Dies look like:
I love having so many multiples and different sizes. It makes cutting a whole bunch at a time so easy. I took a little bit of spare time and turned it into 3 pretty cards to show you:
All 3 cards use the star dies along with the Waterside Retreat Designer Paper and sentiments from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set. The smaller dies were used to cut through Silver Foil Sheets.
For the first card, I used one of the larger stars to cut a hole through the Basic White Cardstock and then used a little scenery print from the designer paper so it peeks through the star hole. The colors I used are Shaded Spruce, Pecan Pie, Silver Foil and Basic White.
For my 2nd card, I used white-on white layers with a little bit of color from the designer paper and coordinated stars in Shaded Spruce, Gray Granite and one solo star with Silver Foil Sheeets:
For my final card, I added some embossing on the Pool Party layer with the Rustic Check Embossing Folder. I love how I added a splash of Timid Tiger to offset the blues & white. Other colors added as well are Misty Moonlight and Basic White:
