Must Have Bundle Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. First of all, Happy Mother’s Day to all Moms tomorrow!
This week, our team is picking a Must-Have Bundle. As for me, I chose the Adventurous Sky Bundle and paired it with the Take To The Sky Designer Paper. I love the preprinted tags on one of the 12 x 12 sheets.
I used my Paper Trimmer to cut up the tags and layered from there with more paper, stamped images, Linen Thread and some bling:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Adventurous Sky
- Inks: VersaMark, Night Of Navy
- Cardstock: Boho Blue, Pecan Pie, Mossy Meadow
- Designer Paper: Take To The Sky
- Tools & Accessories: Linen Thread, Industrial Tinkets, Mini Glue Dots, Perennial Postage Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Paper Trimmer, 1/4″ Handheld Punch, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powder
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Boho Blue Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 2: Take To The Sky Designer Paper 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Cut 2 tags from the designer paper with a Paper Trimmer. Add holes at the top with the punch. Tie Linen Thread through the holes and tie into a bow. Set aside.
- Airplane: Stamp the airplane image on Boho Blue Cardstock with Night Of Navy Ink. Cut with the die and glue to one of the tags with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Layer and glue the tags together at an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Glue tags to card front.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Pecan Pie Cardstock with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and melt with the Heat Tool. Cut with the Perennial Postage Dies. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Industrial Trinkets to the background.
