My Last One For Now!
This was the treat holder I mailed out with my last Merry Christmas Card Club for May. I had to put my card club on hold for now due to 2022 being my first year that I’ll be filing my income tax as a widow and by myself.
I turned 60 in November and as a widow, am able to draw my hubby Dave’s social security which started in January. There are rules to follow because I am not 65. I can only earn so much in income each year or if I go over, I would have to send 50% of Dave’s social security back to our government. Why would I want to do that? Dave worked hard all of his life and took good care of me.
So for now, I will see what 2022 brings and go from there. You may see my club back up and running after I see what happens with this year. So stay tuned!
For my May Merry Christmas Club, I focused on the Peaceful Deer Bundle so used the same bundle to create this treat holder. Thanks to all of you that have participated in my club for the past four years. I miss you all so much!
