For The Ladies Theme!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Connie & Mary! It’s time for the ladies this week and I just had to come up with a card using a PINK truck! How neat is that?

The Trucking Along Bundle is neat because you can make the truck any color your heart desires. My husband’s favorite truck color was burgundy. What color do you like best?

I also added some embossing with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder. A perfect match for the truck!

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Trucking Along, Playing In The Rain, Inked & Tiled
• Inks: Tuxedo Black Memento
• Cardstock: Bubble Bath, Basic Black, Basic White, Fresh Freesia
• Designer Paper: Bright & Beautiful
• Tools & Accessories: Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder, Stylish Shapes Dies, Scalloped Contours Dies, Playing In The Rain Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals, Trucking Along Punch

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
• Layer 2: Bubble Bath and Fresh Freesia Cardstocks 4″ x 2-5/8″. Emboss both with the Metal Plate 3D Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Basic Black Cardstock 4″ x 1″. Cut with the scalloped border die. Glue to the center of the card.
• Layer 4: Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper 4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″. Glue to card front about 1/2″ from the left side.
• Layer 5: Basic White Cardstock cut with the 2-1/2″ circle die from Stylish Shapes Dies. Glue to designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Truck: Use Bubble Bach, Basic Black and Basic White to cut and assemble the truck with the punch. Glue truck to circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Fresh Freesia Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Cut close to the wording and glue below the truck with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Clouds: Stamp the clouds on Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Cut with the die. Glue the clouds above the circle layer tucked under the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
