Sketch Challenge Week With Radiant Sunflowers!
Hello, it’s once again Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . This week, our challenge team is using this sketch for our projects:
And this is the card I came up with. Simple layers with designer paper and a little bit of stamping:
The sunflowers are multi-layered and glued to designer paper squares and I added a little bit of bling:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Radiant Sunflowers
- Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Golden Glow, Barely Blush
- Designer Paper: Sunflower Fields, Radiant Foils
- Inks: Pecan Pie
- Tools & Accessories: Radiant Sunflowers Dies, Painted Patch Adhesive Backed Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pecan Pie Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Sunflower Fields Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Stamp the sunflower image about 1″ from the top and off center to the left with Pecan Pie Ink. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Cut 2 squares with the Radiant Foils Specialty Paper that measure 2 x 2. Glue to the left at an angle and layered over each other at the bottom right corner.
- Sunflowers: Use the 2 sunflower dies to cut 2 of each with Barely Blush Cardstock. Layer together with Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue to each square with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Cut 2 centers with the die and Pecan Pie Cardstock. Glue to each flower in the center flat.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with Pecan Pie Ink on Golden Glow Cardstock. Cut into 2 words and close to the wording. Glue to the bottom right with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Painted Patch Adhesive Backed Dots to the designer paper background.
