Color Challenge Week With Fern & Flora!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and we are using these three beautiful colors this week for a Color Challenge:

I have several layers featuring those colors. Cardstock, designer papers and ink!

The focal layers are both stamped or diecut and to finish off my card, I added Ladybug Garden Epoxy Shapes:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Fern & Flora
- Cardstock: Garden Green, Berry Burst, Golden Glow, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Moonlit Flora
- Inks: Garden Green, Golden Glow
- Tools & Accessories: Fern & Flora Dies, Blending Brushes, Ladybug Garden Epoxy Shapes, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Garden Green Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Moonlit Flora Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 1-1/4. Glue even with the white layer on the left side.
- Layer 4: Moonlit Flora Designer Paper 5-1/4 2-1/4. Glue next to the first designer paper layer.
- Layer 5: Garden Green Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1/4. Glue where the two designer papers meet.
- Layer 6: Garden Green Cardstock 3-1/2 x 2-1/8. Glue to card front 7/8″ from the left with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 7: Basic White Cardstock 3-1/4 x 1-7/8. Add Golden Glow Ink with a Blending Brush. Glue to Layer 6.
- Large Leaf: Stamp the large leaf with Basic White Cardstock with Garden Green Ink. Cut with the die. Glue to the right side of the white layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecut Leaf: Use the die to cut the smaller leaf with Golden Glow Cardstock. Glue over the large leaf at the left.
- Moth: Stamp the month on Berry Burst Cardstock with Garden Green Ink. Cut with the die. Glue over the large leaf at the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Berry Burst Cardstock 1-1/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Garden Green Ink. Glue flat over the leaves.
- Bling: Add Ladybug Garden Epoxy Shapes to the white layer.
