Sketch Challenge Week With The Scalloped Wishes Bundle!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and that means a color challenge or a sketch challenge. This week is this sketch challenge:

I used the Scalloped Wishes Bundle along with the Florals In Bloom Designer Paper, of which I used two different patterns:

For the focal layer in the center, I used lots of layers and lots of dies to cut those layers. Aren’t the stamped dragonflies adorable?

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Scalloped Wishes
• Cardstock: Secret Sea, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist, Garden Green Basic White
• Designer Paper: Florals In Bloom
• Inks: Secret Sea
• Tools & Accessories: Scalloped Wishes Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals, Strawberries & Dots

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Secret Sea Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
• Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper, (1) 4 x 1-1/2 and (1)4 x 3-5/8. Glue the smaller piece 1/4″ from the top. Glue the 2nd piece 1/4″ from the bottom.
• Layer 3: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 4-1/4 x 1. Glue over the center section of the larger designer paper layer.
• Diecuts: Add the following diecuts to the center of the designer paper strip:
  • Secret Sea Cardstock cut with the large scallop die. Glue flat.
  • Berry Burst Cardstock cut with the detailed scallop die. Remove the center diecut and glue the frame over the secret sea scallop shape flat.
  • Basic White Cardstock cut with the detailed scallop die. Remove the center diecut and glue to the center of the berry burst frame.
  • Garden Green Cardstock cut with the longest branch diecut. Glue to white layer.
  • Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock cut with the shorter branch diecut. Glue to white layer.
  • Stamp the dragonfly image a few times on the designer paper with Secret Sea Ink.
• Sentiment: Cloud Cover Cardstock 7/8 x 3/8. Stamp the sentiment with Secret Sea Ink. Glue over the frame at the left with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bling: Add Strawberries & Dots to the designer paper background.
