Sketch Challenge Week With Perfectly Pears!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and this week’s challenge is this multi-layered sketch:

Since Connie & I featured the Perfectly Pears Bundle in our latest collection, I thought I would use the bundle so you can see all of the pretty details in the stamp set, dies and designer paper:

I have three different designer paper patterns on my card. So many layers!


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Perfectly Pears
- Cardstock: Flirty Flamingo, Secret Sea, Lemon Lolly, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Painterly Pears
- Inks: Secret Sea, Old Olive
- Tools & Accessories: Perfectly Pears Dies, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 4 x 1-3/4. Glue centered over the 1st designer paper layer.
- Layer 4: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 2-1/4. Glue to card front 1/2″ from the bottom.
- Layer 5: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock 5 x 1/2. Glue with Stampin’ Dimensionals, 3/4″ from the bottom.
- Pears: Stamp the 2 pear & 1 leaf images on Basic White Cardstock with Secret Sea Ink. Stamp the inside images with Old Olive Ink. Cut with the dies. Glue layered over the Flirty Flamingo strip with Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left.
- Background Die Shape: Use Secret Sea Cardstock with the small background image die. Tuck and glue under the pears.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Lemon Lolly Cardstock with Secret Sea Ink. Cut with the small rectangular label shape die. Glue to the right of the pears with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers: Use the small flowers die to cut 5 with Basic White Cardstock. Glue one to the small pears and the remainder to the designer paper background.
- Bling: Add Rhinestone Basic Jewels to each flower.
