Sketch Challenge Week With Storybook Products!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and this week is Sketch Challenge week! Here’s what we all used for guidance:

I chose our new Storybook Suite which includes:

• Storybook Friends Bundle
• Storybook Gardens Bundle
• Storybook Moments Designer Paper

I started out by first picking the patterned paper with all of those pretty strawberries & flowers for my starting point:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Stamps: Storybook Gardens, Storybook Friends
• Cardstock: Real Red, Boho Blue, Soft Sea Foam, Basic White
• Designer Paper: Storybook Moments
• Inks: Real Red, Old Olive
• Stampin’ Blends: Real Red, Soft Sea Foam
• Tools & Accessories: Storybook Gardens Dies, Deckled Circles Dies, Labeled With Love Punches, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Real Red Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
• Layer 2: Storybook Moments Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Soft Sea Foam Cardstock cut with the 2-7/8″ Deckled Circles Dies. Glue to designer paper layer on the bottom left.
• Layer 4: Real Red Cardstock 3-3/4 x 2. Glue to diecut circle at an angle
• Layer 5: Storybook Moments 3-1/2 x 1-3/4. Glue to red layer.
• Sentiment: Soft Sea Foam Cardstock 1/2″ strip. Stamp the sentiment with Real Red Ink. Place the ends inside the Labeled With Love Punch to round each end. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Strawberries: Stamp the strawberry image with Old Olive Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Repeat for a total of two. Glue to small designer paper strip with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Diecuts: Cut (2) with the branch die and Boho Blue Cardstock. Glue tucked under the strawberries.
