Sketch Challenge Week With Terrific Toadstools!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and this week is a color challenge. Each week, our team changes it up with either a sketch challenge or a color challenge.

The Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper was perfect to use since the colors we are using can be found in some of the patterns. I also used the Terrific Toadstools Bundle which includes the stamp set and a coordinating punch:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Terrific Toadstools
- Cardstock: Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green
- Designer Paper: Toadstool Gardens
- Inks: Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green
- Tools & Accessories: Terrific Toadstools Punch, Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Early Espresso Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Melon Mambo Cardstock 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper 4-1/4 x 3. Glue to card front.
- Stamped Images: Stamp and cut the following:
- Grass: Stamp (2) on Granny Apple Green Cardstock with Granny Apple Green Ink. Handcut. Glue the first one about 3/4″ from the bottom of the designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Cut the 2nd one into two pieces and glue even with the right & left edges with Stampin’ Dimensionals about the first one.
- Mushroom Stems: Cut (4) with the punch and Early Espresso Cardstock. Stack and glue 2 of the together for a longer stemp. Glue as shown on the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Mushroom 1: Stamp the large mushroom with Melon Mambo Ink on Melon Mambo Cardstock. Cut with the punch and glue tucked under the stem on the left with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Mushroom 2: Stamp the medium mushroom on Granny Apple Green Cardstock with Granny Apple Green Ink. Cut with the punch. Glue tucked under the stem next to the Melon Mambo mushroom.
- Mushroom 3: Cut with the punch and glue tucked under the Granny Apple Green mushroom with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp on Melon Mambo Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink. Cut close to the wording and glue to the left of the large mushroom with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the Early Espresso mushroom.
