Sketch Challenge Week!
It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . What do you think of this sketch that we all used this week?
It was easy to follow along and this is the card I created:
I used stamping, designer paper, diecutting and coloring with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Country Flowers
- Cardstock: Misty Moonlight, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Country Laces
- Inks: Misty Moonlight
- Tools & Accessories: Watercolor Pencils, Blender Pen, Country Flowers Dies, Deckled Rectangle Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Misty Moonlight Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2. Stamp the flower image centered vertically and to the left with Misty Moonlight Ink.
- Layer 2: Place 2 sections of designer paper on the card front. One at the top and one at the bottom at an angle. Trim the ends to fit.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Deckled Rectangles Dies 3-1/2 x 2-1/4. Glue to the right side.
- Layer 4: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Deckled Rectangles Dies 3-1/8 x 1-3/4. Stamp the sentiment at the top with Misty Moonlight Ink. Glue to layer 3 with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers: Stamp the flower image on Basic White Cardstock with Misty Moonlight Ink. Color with Watercolor Pencils and spread the coloring with a Blender Pen to smooth out. Glue below the sentiment.
- Bling: Add Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio to the background.
