Sepia Tones Theme!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Our theme this week is Sepia Tones. I loved using different browns from the Stampin’ Up! color families. Do you spy them all?

You’ll see Basic Beige, Pecan Pie and Early Espresso Designer Paper for my browns. I love the twisted tree image and completed my card by adding Brushed Brass Butterflies:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Twisted In Time
- Inks: Pecan Pie, VersaMark
- Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Basic Beige, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Neutrals
- Tools & Accessories: Brushed Brass Butterflies, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pecan Pie Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Neutrals Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Basic Beige Cardstock 4x 2-3/4. Stamp the tree image with Pecan Pie Ink about 3/4″ from the bottom. Glue layer to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 5: Pecan Pie Cardstock 2-3/4 x 3/4. Stamp the sentiment with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder. Melt the powder with the Heat Tool. Glue to the bottom of the Basic Beige Cardstock layer.
- Bling: Add Brushed Brass Butterflies to the background.
