Neutral Fall Colors Theme!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends.  Today’s blog hop features neutral colors. Did you know Stampin’ Up! has 5 color families with 10 colors in each family for a total of 50 colors? Today’s neutrals feature from our team may include:

Basic Gray, Blackberry Bliss, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Gray Granite, Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Pecan Pie, Smoky Slate

Can you spy the neutrals I used?

I used Early Espresso, Pecan Pie and Blackberry Bliss for my neutrals, along with layers from the Gathering Moments Bundle:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: Gathering Moments
  • Inks: Blackberry Bliss, Pecan Pie
  • Cardstock: Blackberry Bliss, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, Basic White
  • Designer Paper: Neutrals
  • Tools & Accessories: Gathering Moments Dies, Neutral Matte Dots, Irregular Weave Trim, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Paper Snips

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Blackberry Bliss Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
  • Layer 2: Neutrals Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
  • Large Leaves: Use the two large leaf diecuts with Pecan Pie and Early Espresso Cardstocks. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Stamped Images: Follow these steps with Basic White Cardstock:
    • Leaf: Stamp one leaf with Blackberry Bliss Ink.
    • Acorns: Stamp three acorns with Pecan Pie Ink.
    • Sentiment: Stamp with Blackberry Bliss Ink.
    • Cut the images with the dies.
    • Cut the sentiment with Paper Snips.
    • Glue the leaf flat and all other images with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Ribbon: Tie a knot with the ribbon and trim the ends at an angle. Glue below the acorns.
  • Bling: Add Neutral Matte Dots to the designer paper background.
