Metallica Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. I love our metallic sheets to create with so that’s what I used for my Metallic-themed card today!
Once I glued three metallic strips on a basic white cardstock layer, I used the Jolly Holly Embossing Folder to add the beautiful design:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Jolly Holly
- Inks: Shy Shamrock
- Cardstock: Shy Shamrock, Coast Cabana, Silver Foil Sheets, Gold Foil Sheets
- Tools & Accessories: Jolly Holly Dies & Hybrid Embossing Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Coastal Cabana Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/1.
- Layer 2: Shy Shamrock Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-3/4 x 3-1/4. Add 2 strips of Silver Foil Sheet 4-3/4 x 1 and 1 strip of Gold Foil Sheets 4-3/4 x 1-1/4. Emboss with the Jolly Holly Hybrid Embossing Folder. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 4: Coastal Cabana Cardstock cut with the label die. Stamp the sentiment at the bottom with Shy Shamrock Ink. Glue to card front.
- Holly: Stamp 3 holly leaves with Shy Shamrock Ink on Shy Shamrock Cardstock. Cut with the die. Glue above the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems to each holly in clusters of 3.
