Frosted Pinecones & Botanical Glow!
Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is this gorgeous image that has lots of pinecones, pine branches and gold holly leaves & berries. So much to pick from!
I added lots of layers to my hot foiled layer. The gold from the hot foil is so pretty as a background:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Frosted Pinecones
- Inks: Early Espresso, Pecan Pie
- Cardstock: Peaceful Pine, Basic White, Basic Beige, Lemon Lime Twist
- Tools & Accessories: Frosted Pinecones Dies, Botanical Glow Bundle, Gold Stampin’ Hot Foil Rolls, Stampin’ Hot Foil System, Gold Adhesive Backed Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Blending Brushes
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Use the large leaves die from the Botanical Glow Bundle to hot foil with gold. Glue to card base.
- Pinecones: Cut one of each pinecone with the dies and Basic White Cardstock. Add Pecan Pie & Early Espresso Inks over the pinecones with Blending Brushes. Glue the large one to the left flat. Set aside the smaller pinecone.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Basic Beige Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink. Cut with the label shape die placing the sentiment at the top. Glue to the left and overlapping the large pinecone with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Branches: Use the branch dies with Peaceful Pine & Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock to cut 2 with Peaceful Pine Cardstock and cut 3 with Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. Tuck and glue to the top right and bottom left of the sentiment. Glue the small pinecone to the bottom corner of the sentiment.
- Bling: Add Gold Adhesive Backed Dots to the branches and pinecones.
