Flowering Meadow & Velvet Meadow!
Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a field full of colorful flowers:
I let the Velvet Meadow Designer Paper do all of the work for me with it’s beautiful and colorful printed sheets. I love the pattern on this sheet:
The diecuts and Dreamy Flowers look so pretty layered in the corner above my sentiment layer:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Flowering Meadow
- Inks: Daffodil Delight, Berry Burst
- Cardstock: Peaceful Pine, Daffodil Delight, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Velvet Meadow
- Tools & Accessories: Flowering Meadow, Dreamy Flowers, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Daffodil Delight Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Stamp the flower image at the top right corner and bottom left corner with Daffodil Delight Ink. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Velvet Meadow Designer Paper 4-1/4 x 3 . Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add the following to the designer paper:
- Sentiment: Basic White Cardstock 3 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment at the right with Berry Burst Ink. Glue 1/4″ from the bottom with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stem & Leaf Branch: Cut with the dies and Peaceful Pine Cardstock. Glue tucked under the sentiment on the right. The stem flat and the branch with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers: Cut 2 flowers with the die and Daffodil Delight Cardstock. Glue to the stem with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Dreamy Flowers to the sentiment and flowers.
