Easter Basket & Easter Joy!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges.  This week’s inspiration challenge is just in time for your Easter projects:

I used the cute bunny image from the Easter Basket Bundle and added one layer of the Easter Joy Designer Paper:

So many choices in layers with the stamped images and diecuts. I added a lot of diecut flowers:

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

  • Stamps: Easter Basket
  • Inks: Pecan Pie
  • Cardstock: Shy Shamrock Pretty In Pink, Basic White, Peach Pie, Crumb Cake
  • Designer Paper: Easter Joy
  • Tools & Accessories: Easter Basket Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Blender Pen

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Shy Shamrock Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
  • Layer 2: Pretty In Pink Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
  • Layer 3: Easter Joy Designer Paper 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Layer 4: Crumb Cake Cardstock cut with the basket die. Cut off the handle. Glue to designer paper layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Grass: Cut with the grass die and Shy Shamrock Cardstock. Glue to the inside of the basket.
  • Bunny: Basic White Cardstock stamped with Pecan Pie Ink. While the ink is still wet, color using the inked lines and a Blender Pen. Cut with the die. Glue inside the basket with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Bow: Cut one bow with the die. Add some ink from the Pecan Pie Ink Pad and a Blender Pen. Glue to the right side of the basket with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Sentiment: Stamp on Basic White Cardstock 1/4″ side with Pecan Pie Ink. Cut the left end at an angle. Tuck and glue under the bow on the left.
  • Flowers: Cut 2 flowers from Peach Pie Cardstock and 2 from Pretty In PInk Cardstock with the die. Glue both flower sizes around the bunny with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
