New Annual Catalog Products Alert!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is a photo of a cake with lots of vibrant colors:

I picked a few of the colors from the cake photo and added a new cardstock and ink color called Secret Sea to make the others colors really pop!

Secret Sea is kind of a blackish-navyish color. As demonstrators, we were able to preorder brand new products that will debut in May from our new & upcoming Annual Catalog. Can you spy all 6 of the new products?


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Impressions Abloom (new)
- Inks: Secret Sea (new), Strawberry Slush (new returning color) Darling Duckling (new), Garden Green
- Cardstock: Secret Sea (new), Basic White
- Designer Paper: Florals In Bloom (new)
- Tools & Accessories: Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems (new), Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Secret Sea Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 1. Glue 1/4″ from the left edge.
- Layer 3: Florals In Bloom Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 3. Glue 1/4″ from the right edge.
- Layer 4: Secret Sea Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1/4. Glue over where the 2 designer papers meet.
- Layer 5: Secret Sea Cardstock 3-1/4 x 2-1/4. Glue 1/2″ from the left side with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 6: Basic White Cardstock 3 x 2. Follow these steps:
- Stamp the sentiment at the bottom with Secret Sea Ink.
- Stamp the flower image repeatedly by stamping the base on scrap paper first for a lighter color with Strawberry Slush Ink
- Stamp the 2nd detailed image with Strawberry Slush Ink over each base color.
- Stamp the center of each flower with the flat image with Darling Duckling Ink.
- Stamp the center of each flower with the detailed image with Garden Green Ink.
- Glue layer to card front.
- Bling: Add Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems to the center of each flower.
