Storybook Friends Bundle & Storybook Moments Designer Paper!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is this:

What I really wanted to include on my card using this photo, was the water coming out of the watering can. I used Rhinestone Basic Jewels and I love how it turned out!

I loved stamping and coloring some of my layers too:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Storybook Friends
- Inks: Memento Black
- Stampin’ Blends: Poppy Parade, Pool Party, Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce, Gray Granite
- Cardstock: Pretty Peacock, Basic White, Basic Black, Poppy Parade, Copper Clay
- Designer Paper: Storybook Moments
- Tools & Accessories: Storybook Friends Dies, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Paper Snips, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pretty Peacock Cardstock 8 x 7. Score and fold at 3-1/2 on the 7″ side.
- Layer 2: Cut (2), Basic White Cardstock 7-3/4 x 3-1/4. Glue to card front and one on the inside.
- Layer 3: Storybook Moments Designer Paper 7-1/4 x 2-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Basic Black Cardstock 6 x 2-1/4. Glue to card front.
- Stamped & Diecut Layers: Follow these steps:
- Copper Clay Cardstock 2-1/4″ wide. Cut with the dirt die, moving the die over each time. Glue in stacked layers starting at the bottom of the black layer.
- Basic White Cardstock: Stamp the pot image with Memento Black Ink. Color with Pool Party and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends. Cut with the die. Glue tucked under the dirt at the top left section.
- Poppy Parade Cardstock 1-3/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black Ink. Trim the left end into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Glue to the right of the pot with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Basic White Cardstock: Stamp 2 strawberry images with Memento Black Ink. Color with Poppy Parade and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends. Cut with the die. Glue one flat inside the pot and one with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Basic White Cardstock: Stamp the watering can image with Memento Black Ink. Cut with the die. Color with Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. Glue above the strawberries and to the right with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add 2 rows of Rhinestone Basic Jewels to resemble water coming out of the watering can.
