Favorite New In Color!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. A new Annual Catalog will debut on May 6th and we have some exciting new In Colors. Each year, 5 In Colors retire and 5 new In Colors are introduced. This week for our blog hop, our team is featuring our favorite new In Color and I chose to show you Timid Tiger.
I love this color so much. It’s not as orange-y as Pumpkin Pie but more orange-y than Calypso Coral. I chose to create a simple single colored card with the addition of a skinny white layer for the sentiment. Even my bling is Timid Tiger!
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Wonderful Thoughts
- Inks: Timid Tiger
- Cardstock: Timid Tiger, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder, 2025-2027 Flat Pearls, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Timid Tiger Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Timid Tiger Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Emboss the bottom half with the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folder. Flip to the flat side (without the bumps) and glue to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment in the center with Timid Tiger Ink. Cut the ends into a banner shape with Paper Snips and glue above the dry embossing.
- Bling: Add 2025-2027 Flat Pearls to the center of three flowers using all 3 sizes of pearls
