Favorite New Bundle: Scenic Adventure!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Our brand new Annual Catalog is live as of this week. I hope you are enjoying viewing the new products. This week, our design team uses their favorite bundles. Here’s mine:

Being from Maine, we have lots of beautiful scenery as you walk, hike or drive. Mt. Katahdin is a favorite spot and I tried to capture mountainous art for you today. I love all of the layered diecuts I used from the Scenic Adventure Bundle:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Scenic Adventure
- Inks: Strawberry Slush
- Cardstock: Basic Black, Basic Gray, Basic White, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Lemon Lime Twist
- Designer Paper: Beautiful Gallery
- Tools & Accessories: Scenic Adventure Dies, Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, Labeled With Love Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2
- Layer 2: Strawberry Slush Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Emboss with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Beautiful Gallery Designer Paper 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Set aside.
- Diecuts: Add the following diecuts to the designer paper:
- Basic Gray Cardstock cut with the large mountain die. Glue to designer paper.
- Basic Black Cardstock cut with the single mountain die. Tuck and glue under the larger mountain.
- Mossy Meadow Cardstock cut with the foliage die. Glue over the mountains.
- Old Olive Cardstock cut with the skinny tree line die. Glue over the first set of foliage.
- Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock cut with the single tree die. Cut 2. Glue to the right over the skinny tree line with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Glue layer to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Basic White Cardstock using Strawberry Slush Ink. Cut with the Labeled With Love Punch. Tuck and glue under the tops of the mountains.
