Fall Favorites Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. It’s fall in full swing in Maine right now. The leaf colors are gorgeous and it’s my favorite time of year.
I used the Amber Autumn Bundle for my Fall Favorite:
I wanted to keep my card neutral so added a layer of Neutrals Designer Paper and colored my stamped images with Stampin’ Blends:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Amber Autumn
- Inks: Memento Black
- Stampin’ Blends: Granny Apple Green, Pecan Pie
- Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Neutrals
- Tools & Accessories: Amber Autumn Dies, Cajun Craze & Gold Dots, Paper Snips, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pecan Pie Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Neutrals Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 4-1/2 3-1/4. Using the center of the cardstock layer as a guide, stamp the acorn image from center to bottom and again center to top with Memento Black Ink. Don’t worry if the 2 images overlap as the banner will cover the middle. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Glue to card front.
- Banner: Pecan Pie Cardstock 4 x 1-1/4. Trim both ends into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Stamp the sentiment in the center with Memento Black Ink. Glue to card front in the center with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Cajun Craze & Gold Dots on each end of the banner.
