It’s A Celebrations Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. It’s a brand new month so that means this is our new theme for the month of July:

To keep my card simple, I added three simple layers and then added a few stamped layers and diecuts:

You can see all of the pretty details on the flowers and leaves and I topped them off with a bow from our Linen Thread:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Framed Violets
- Inks: Pecan Pie
- Cardstock: Peaceful Pine, Pecan Pie, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Velvet Meadow
- Tools & Accessories: Framed Violets Dies, Linen Thread, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Peaceful Pine Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Pecan Pie Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Velvet Meadow Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to pecan layer.
- Oval: Stamp the scalloped oval image on Basic White Cardstock with Pecan Pie Ink. Glue to designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Bubble Bath Cardstock with Pecan Pie Ink. Cut close to the wording on all 4 sides. Glue to the left side of the scallop flat.
