It’s Our Last Easter Week Theme!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:

I hope you have been amazed at Connie & my cards for the past month featuring Easter. I used the Storybook Friends Bundle and Storybook Moments Designer Paper on todays card. I love the cute diecut frames that come with the dies:

I stamped and diecut two of the bunnies and colored them with Stampin’ Blends. Aren’t they adorable?

- Cardstock: Old Olive, Basic White, Lost Lagoon
- Stampin’ Blends: Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon, Calypso Coral
- Designer Paper: Storybook Moments, Beautiful Bokeh
- Tools & Accessories: Storybook Friends Dies, Antique Pearls, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Old Olive Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Beautiful Bokeh Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to white layer.
- Frames: Use the 2 frame dies as follows:
- Lost Lagoon Cardstock for the long vertical frame.
- Storybook Moments Designer Paper for the long vertical frame.
- Basic White Cardstock for the square frame.
- Storybook Moments Designer Paper for the square frame.
- Glue to Lost Lagoon outside layer to the left an add the inside designer paper layer.
- Glue the designer paper outside layer for the square frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the Easter greeting with Memento Black Ink and glue to the inside of the square frame with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bunnies: Stamp the 2 bunnies on Basic White Cardstock with Memento Black Ink. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Cut with the dies. Glue the bunny on the left with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the bunny on the right flat.
- Bling: Add Antique Pearls below the sentiment.
