It’s A New Theme For October!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
For my Creatively Simple card, I did just that…kept it simple:
I only used 3 layers plus the diecut and stamped beverage. I love the look of all of the sentiments I used on one side of the card and in different colors:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: More Than Autumn
- Inks: Early Espresso, Shy Shamrock, Cajun Craze
- Stampin’ Blends: Pumpkin Pie, Shy Shamrock, Ivory
- Cardstock: Early Espresso, Basic Beige, Basic White
- Designer Paper: 2024-2026 In Color
- Tools & Accessories: More Than Autumn Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Gold Textured Adhesive-Backed Dots
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Early Espresso Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: 2024-2026 In Color Designer Paper 5-1/2 x 2-1/2. Glue 1/2″ from the left edge.
- Layer 3: Basic Beige Cardstock 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Follow these steps:
- Stamp the sentiments one at a time starting 1″ from the bttom and all to the right using all 3 ink colors.
- Stamp the confetti even with the bottom sentiment and to the left with Early Espresso Ink.
- Glue to front at an angle.
- Cup: Stamp the cup and whipped cream image on Basic White Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink. Cut with the dies. Color with the Stampin’ Blends Markers. Glue over the confetti on the beige layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Gold Textured Adhesive-Backed Dots to the beige layer.
