Creative With Fruits & Veggies Theme!

Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. We have a fun blog hop this week. We all used fruits & veggies and got creative with them. I added smiley faces on my pears:

Those stamped faces crack me up, especially the one that’s winking at you:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Perfectly Pears
- Inks: Secret Sea, Garden Green, Darling Duckling
- Cardstock: Secret Sea, Garden Green, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Painterly Pears
- Tools & Accessories: Perfectly Pears Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Secret Sea Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/8 x 3-7/8.
- Layer 3: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 5 x 1. Glue about 1″ from the bottom.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment above the designer paper strip and to the right with Secreat Sea Ink.
- Branch: Use the diecut to cut one branch with Garden Green Cardstock. Glue to the top left on the designer paper.
- Pears: Follow these steps:
- Stamp 2 pears on Basic White Cardsotck with Secret Sea Ink.
- Stamp the inside of the pears with Darling Duckling Ink.
- Stamp the two faces with Secret Sea Ink.
- Cut with the dies.
- Glue to the left of the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp 2 branches with Garden Green Ink on Basic White Cardstock.
- Stamp the inside of the branches with Garden Green Ink stamped on scrap paper first for a lighter color.
- Cut with the dies.
- Glue to the pears, tucked in at the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
