Terrific Toadstools & Toadstool Gardens!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is this mushroom photo:

Did you know you can earn the Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper for free during Sale-A-Bration? I paired the designer paper with our Terrific Toadstolls Bundle from our Mini Catalog:

I cut off part of the card front so that the designer paper peeks out from the inside layer to the front and also added a stamped layer cut with the shape for Nested Essential Dies. Here’s how the card looks when opened:



Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Terrific Toadstools
- Inks: Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Smoky Slate, Granny Apple Green
- Cardstock: Thick Basic White, Granny Apple Green
- Designer Paper: Toadstool Gardens
- Tools & Accessories: Nested Essential Dies, Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Paper Snips
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White Cardstock 7 x 5-1/2. Score at 2-3/4 and fold.
- Layer 2: Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper 5-1/2 x 2-5/8. Glue to front flap even on the left edge.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Nested Essential Dies 4-1/4″ long. Stamp the two mushrooms with Pumpkin Pie and Melon Mambo Inks. Add the stems with Smoky Slate Ink. Glue to card front on the edge of the front flap with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Granny Apple Green Cardstock 2 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Melon Mambo Ink. Tuck and glue under the stamped layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Branches: Stamp 3 branches on Basic White Cardstock with Granny Apple Green Ink. Handcut with Paper Snips. Glue over the mushroom stems with Stampin’ Dimensional.s
- Bling: Add Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the stamped layer.
- Inside: Toadstool Gardens Designer Paper 5-1/2 x 2. Glue to the inside layer even at the right edge.
