New In Colors Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Our team picked our favorite new In Colors that will be debuting in our May 1st Annual Catalog. I chose to feature two new In Colors today: Pretty In Pink and Petunial Pop.
These two colors work well together along with Basic White. On my card, you will find the two new colors, some new bling, new ribbon, new designer paper and a new bundle.
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Thoughtful Wishes
- Inks: Petunia Pop, Pretty In Pink
- Cardstock: Petunia Pop, Pretty In Pink, Basic White, Thick Basic White
- Designer Paper: 2024-2026 In Color
- Tools & Accessories: Thoughtful Wishes Dies, Adhesive Backed Pearl Duo, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Petunia Pop 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon, Mini Glue Dots
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Thick Basic White 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 2: 2024-2026 In Color Designer Paper 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Petunia Pop Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 3″. Glue to card front at an angle.
- Layer 4: Basic White Cardstock 4″ x 2-3/4″. Stamp the sentiment at the top right with Pretty In Pink Ink. Stamp the branch image to the left with Petunia Pop Ink. Glue to card front at an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecut: Cut one branch with the die and Petunia Pop Cardstock. Glue to the right under the sentiment.
- Flowers: Stamp the flower image on Pretty In Pink Cardstock with Petunia Pop Ink. Cut with the die and glue to white layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Ribbon: Tie a knot with the ribbon. Trim the ends at an angle and glue to the stem of the stamped flower with Mini Glue Dots.
- Bling: Add Adhesive Backed Pearls to the Petunia Pop layer.
