Nested Friends & Painted Labels Casing The Catalog!

I cased the Mini Catalog! If you look on page 25, you’ll see the card in the upper right-hand corner just like you see here in this catalog photo:

Case this time means Copy And Selectively Edit. I changed up the orientation of the card and added a different colored ribbon. I think this card is so pretty and it’s also neat that the focus is on the stamped branches:

Card Recipe:

  • Card Base: Crumb Cake Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
  • Layer #2: Follow these steps:
    • Crumb Cake Cardstock 5″ x 3-3/4″.
    • Stamp the branch image at the top with Early Espesso Ink.
    • Stamp the branch again about 3″ below the 1st branch.
    • Stamp the dotted image above the top branch and below the bottom branch with Early Espresso Ink.
    • Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Ribbon: Add the green ribbon from the Real Red & Garden Green 3/8″ Ribbon Combo Pack between the two stamped branches in a zigzag pattern horizontally. Trim the ends at an angle.
  • Label: Stamp the sentiment on Soft Sea Foam Cardstock. Cut with the label die from the Painted Labels Dies. Glue over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Diecut Branches: Follow these steps:
    • Stamp two branch images on Basic White Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink.
    • Color using the inked lines and a Blender Pen.
    • Cut both branches with the die.
    • Glue one branch above the sentiment layer and one below the sentiment layer with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
    • Diecut the small leaves with Garden Green Cardstock multiple times and glue to each branch with liquid glue.
  • Bling: Add Classic Matte Dots to the background.
