Beautiful Paradise Palms Bundle

I Wish I Was There Vacationing!

Dreaming of a paradise vacation? This card can help you dream! I used the Paradise Palms stamp set and the coordinating Palms Dies on this one. Notice the embossing on the Parakeet Party Cardstock layer?

Card Details:

• Card Base: Evening Evergreen Cardstock 11″ x 4-1/4″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
• Layer #2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″. Glue to card base.
• Layer #3: Parakeet Party Cardstock 5″ x 3-3/4″. Emboss with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. Glue to card front.
• Layer #4: Basic White Cardstock 4″ x 2-3/4″. Follow these steps:
  • Use a Blending Brush with Coastal Cabana Ink at the top to add a sky.
  • Stamp the mountain image upside-down using Soft Suede Ink about 2-1/2″ down from the top. Without reinking, stamp again above the first image right-side up.
  • Use the mountain image to stamp repeatedly below the mountains using Coastal Cabana Ink. Some without reinking. Fill in the rest of the white space below the mountains.
  • Using the grass diecut, cut one using Evening Evergreen Cardstock and one using Parakeet Party Cardstock. Glue the Parakeet Party about 1/4″ from the bottom. Layer and glue the Evening Evergreen using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals at the bottom. Trim the ends.
  • Using the large palm tree diecut, cut one using Evening Evergreen Cardstock. Glue to background on the left.
  • Stamp the trio of palm trees by first inking with Parakeet Party Ink and adding Evening Evergreen Ink on the tips of the palms and bottom trunks. Glue tucked into the grass using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Glue layer to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals, centered.
• Stamp the sentiment on a scrap piece of Basic White Cardstock using Evening Evergreen Ink. Cut close to the wording and glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Bling: Add Faux Sea Glass Shapes between the stamped mountains.
