Simply Leaves & Textured Tree!

It’s Saturday Blog Hop time at Create With Stamping Friends and our theme this week is to feature our new favorite online exclusives products that will debut on July 1st. I chose the Simple Leaves Bundle!

You can stamp so many different leaves with the stamp set and the pretty embossed background is from the Textured Tree Embossing Folder. I swiped my ink pad over the embossing bumps, added my cardstock inside the folder and this is what the result was!

- Layer 2: Early Espresso Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Pecan Pie Cardstock 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Ink up the bumps inside the Textured Tree Embossing Folder. Add the cardstock and emboss. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 4: Frightfully Fun Designer Paper 3 x 3/4. Trim the right end into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Glue 3/4″ from the bottom of the pecan layer and even at the left.
- Layer 5: Basic White Cardstock 2-3/4 x 3/4. Trim the right end into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Stamp the sentiment with Timid Tiger Ink. Glue 1/4″ below the designer paper banner.
- Leaves: Stamp several large leaves and several small leaves. Some leaves I stamped twice without reinking for a lighter color. Cut the large leaves with the punch and the smaller leaves with Paper Snips. Glue all of the leaves above the sentiment. Some with Stampin’ Dimensionals and some flat.
- Ribbon: Tie a knot with the ribbon. Trim the ends at an angle. Glue to the bottom of the leaves.
- Bling: Add Sunset Sparkle Dots to the embossed background.
