Favorite New In Color Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. As you know, we have 5 brand new In Colors debuting on May 5th and today, our design team choose one color that was our favorite to feature. My feature is the new color Hydrangea Hue:
For the new color, I used the cardstock, ink, bling and a designer paper print from the Bloom Boutique Designer Paper:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: All A Flutter
- Inks: Hydrangea Hue
- Cardstock: Hydrangea Hue, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Bloom Boutique
- Tools & Accessories: All A Flutter Punch, Three Banner Punch, Stone & Vine Embossing Folder, 2026/2028 In Color Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Hydrangea Hue Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Emboss with the Stone & Vine Embossing Folder. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Hydrangea Hue Cardstock 4-1/4 x 3. Glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 4: Bloom Boutique Designer Paper 4 x 2-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Banners: Stamp the sentiment into two lines by inking one line at a time and stamping on Basic White Cardstock with Hydrangea Hue Ink. Clean the stamp and ink the 2nd line only and repeat. Cut both lines with the Three Banner Punch. Glue to the bottom of the designer paper flat.
- Butterflies: Stamp the butterflies on Hyndrangea Hue Cardstock with Hydrangea Hue Ink. Cut with the punch. Glue to designer paper with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add 2026-2028 In Color Dots to the designer paper background.
