Forever Love Theme!
Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create With Stamping Friends. Summer is here and that usually means weddings and anniversaries so our theme this week is “forever love”. This is the card I came up with using the Attention Shoppers Bundle, Country Lace Designer Paper and Something Fancy stamp set:
The colors I used are so subtle and look great together. You can see a close-up of the images below and the beautiful details in the Country Lace Designer Paper layers:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Attention Shoppers, Something Fancy
- Inks: Smoky Slate
- Cardstock: Smoky Slate
- Stampin’ Blends: Petal Pink
- Designer Paper: Country Lace
- Tools & Accessories: Attention Shoppers Dies, Radiating Stitches Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Smoky Slate Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Country Lace Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Country Lace Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 2. Glue about 1/2″ from the left side.
- Layer 4: Basic White Cardstock cut with the Radiating Stitches Dies 4 x 2-5/8. Stamp the sentiment at the top left with Smoky Slate Ink. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamped Images: Stamp all 3 images on Basic White Cardstock with Smoky Slate Ink. Cut with the dies. Color with Stampin’ Blends. Glue below the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the white background.
