Sketch Challenge Week With Spooky Halloween!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . This week was all about square cards and a sketch!

Halloween is tomorrow and I decided to use the neat shaped die three times with three different Stampin’ Up! colors for my Halloween card:

The popped up bats are so cute on each one of the labels and then I added a few bats, a few stamped images and sparkly Shimmer Star Foam Stickers too!


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Spooky Halloween
- Cardstock: Basic Black, Timid Tiger, Petunial Pop Basic White, Basic Gray
- Designer Paper: Spooky Sweet
- Inks: Memento Black
- Tools & Accessories: Spooky Halloween Dies, Shimmer Star Foam Stickers, Petunia Pop Bordered Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 8-1/2 x 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 4 x 2-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Ribbon: Wrap the ribbon around the card front and tie into a knot at the left.
- Labels: Use the die to cut one of each in Basic Black, Timid Tiger and Petunia Pop. Glue in place with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bats: Cut 2 bats with Basic Black Cardstock and the die. Glue to the top of two tags: center and right.
- Fence: Cut 1 fence with Basic Black Cardstock and the die. Glue to the bottom two tags: center and right.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black Ink on Basic White Cardstock 1-3/8 x 1/2. Glue over the fence at the right.
- Broom: Stamp the broom image on Basic Gray Cardstock with Memento Black Ink. Cut with the die and glue to the left of the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Pumpkin: Stam the pumpin image on Timid Tiger Cardstock with Memento Black Ink. Cut with the die and glue to the right of the broom with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to the black label.
