Sketch Challenge Week With Charming Day!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends and this week we are all featuring these three colors for a Color Challenge:

I added lots of layers to my card featuring browns:

I used an outline technique after stamping the image:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Charming Day
- Cardstock: Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, Basic Beige
- Designer Paper: Neutrals
- Inks: Early Espresso, Peacn Pie Stampin’ Blends
- Tools & Accessories: Charming Day Dies, More Messages Dies, Brushed Brass Butterflies, Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Pecan Pie Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Early Espresso Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Neutrals Designer Paper 5 x 3-3/4. Glue to card front.
- Layer 4: Early Espresso Cardstock 4-1/8 x 2-7/8. Glue at an angle to card front.
- Layer 5: Basic Beige Cardstock 4 x 2-3/4. Stamp the flower image with Early Espresso Ink. One the ink is dry, tracewith the Light Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends. Glue to card front.
- Branches: Cut 2 branches with the die and Basic Beige Cardstock. Tuck and glue at the bottom left corner and top right corner.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Pecan Pie Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink. Cut with the oval from More Messages Die. Glue over the stamped layer at the bottom left.
- Bling: Add Brushed Brass Butterflies to the beige background.
