Sketch Challenge Week With Spooky Halloween!
It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . Get ready for some inspiration from our Challenge Team this week using a Slimline Card Sketch:
I let the Spooky Sweet Designer Paper do all of the work for me, even the spooky windows are from the designer paper! I used Paper Snips to cut around the preprinted images and glued them in place at different angles with Stampin’ Dimensionals:
What is different about my Slimline Card is that it’s a mini. The Shimmer Star Foam Stickers added the perfect touch and I used the purple ones on the designer paper background:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Spooky Halloween
- Cardstock: Basic Black
- Designer Paper: Spooky Sweet
- Inks: Memento Black
- Tools & Accessories: Paper Snips, Shimmer Star Foam Stickers, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 11 x 3. Score at 5-1/2 and fold.
- Layer 2: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 2-3/4. Glue to card base.
- Windows: Cut 3 windows from the preprinted Spooky Sweet Designer Paper with Paper Snips. Glue to card front at opposite angles using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Sentiment: Spooky Sweet Designer Paper 1-3/4 x 1/2. Stamp the sentiment with Memento Black Ink. Glue over the bottom window to the left.
- Bling: Add Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to the background.
