Color Challenge Week With Impressions Abloom!

It’s Thursday Challenge time at Create With Stamping Friends . This week is all about these three Stampin’ Up! colors for a Color Challenge:

I created this pretty card with the three colors and the addition of white. We can also add any neutrals as I did for the center of my flowers with Pecan Pie:

The flowers and leaves are all stamped using the two-step method. I stamped off for one color on each to get a lighter effect:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Impressions Abloom
- Cardstock: Timid Tiger, Petunia Pop, Coastal Cabana
- Designer Paper: 2025-2027 In Color
- Inks: Timid Tiger, Petunia Pop, Coastal Cabana
- Tools & Accessories: Impressions Abloom Dies, Low Profile Dots, Paper Snips, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Timid Tiger Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: In Color Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Coastal Cabana Cardstock cut with the oval die and glued at the top left at an angle.
- Layer 4: Petunia Pop Cardstock cut with the oval die and glued at the bottom right at an angle.
- Banner: Basic White Cardstock 3-1/2 x 3/4. Trim both ends into a banner shape with Paper Snips. Stamp the sentiment in the center with Timid Tiger Ink. Glue in the center of the card front at an angle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers and Leaves: Follow these steps:
- Large Flower: Stamp the flower in two steps with Petunia Pop Ink. One layer should be stamped on scrap paper first for a lighter color. Stamp the center of the flower with Pecan Pie Ink. Cut with the die and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Small Flower: Stamp 3 of the small flower in two steps with Timid Tiger Ink. One layer should be stamped on scrap paper first for a lighter color. Stamp the center of the flowers with Pecan Pie Ink. Cut with the die and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Leaves: Stamp 5 leaves in two steps with Coastal Cabana Ink. One layer should be stamped on scrap paper first for a lighter color. Cut with the die and glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Low Profile Dots to the Petunia Pop Cardstock layer.
