Christmas Tags & More!
Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This week’s inspiration challenge is this photo:
I used some of the colors and the candy canes for my project:
The candy cane and branches are actually preprinted diecuts from our Christmas Tags & More Designer Paper pack. I layered a few of them over my diecut circle:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Bauble Blooms
- Inks: Shaded Spruce
- Cardstock: Basic Beige, Soft Sea Foam, Poppy Parade
- Designer Paper: Christmas Tags & More
- Tools & Accessories: Stylish Shapes Dies, Shaded Spruce & Gold Edged Ribbon, Linen Thread, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Beige Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Poppy Parade Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Ribbon: Cut 11″ of ribbon and place around the card base with the ends at the left. Wrap the ends with the Linen Thread and tie into a bow. Trim the ends of the ribbon at an angle and the ends of the Linen Thread even.
- Layer 3: Christmas Tags & More Designer Paper 4-1/4 x 3. Glue to card front and over the ribbon.
- Layer 3: Soft Sea Foam Cardstock cut the the 2-1/2″ Stylish Shapes Dies circle. Glue in the center of the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Diecuts: Pop out the preprinted diecuts from the designer paper and glue to the circle-1 set of candy canes & 2 branches.
- Sentiment: Poppy Parade Cardstock 1-1/8 x 3/8. Stamp the sentiment with Shaded Spruce Ink. Glue over the diecuts on the right.
