Perfectly Pears & Painterly Pears Designer Paper!

Welcome to our Create With Stamping Friends Inspiration Monday challenges. This is the inspiration photo Connie and I are using for our projects this week:

I used three patterns from our Painterly Pears Designer Paper. The layers made it easy to add a small stamped layer to finish off my card:

The pears image requires two-step stamping. The outline of the image and then the coloring on the inside:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Perfectly Pears
- Inks: Calypso Coral, Darling Duckling, Early Espresso
- Stampin’ Blends: Old Olive
- Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Darling Duckling, Early Espresso, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Painterly Pears
- Tools & Accessories: Perfectly Pears Dies, 2-3/8 Circle Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Early Espresso Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Calypso Coral Cardstock 4-1/2 x 3-1/4. Glue to card front at an angle.
- Layer 4: Painterly Pears Designer Paper 4-1/4 x 3. Cut off 1-1/4″ on the long side and flip over to the 2nd pattern. Glue both pieces to the calypso layer.
- Layer 5: Basic White Cardstock cut with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. Stamp the pears lined image with Early Espresso Ink. Ink the bold pears image with Darling Duckling Ink and then again on the outside edges only with Calypso Coral Ink (Rock & Roll Technique). Stamp inside the lined image. Color the leaves with Stampin’ Blends. Glue to card front at the left with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Darling Duckling Cardstock 1-3/4 x 1/2 with Early Espresso Ink. Glue over the pears with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
