Patterns Theme With Designer Papers!

Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:

It’s our final week featuring a Patterns theme so make sure you keep visiting to see what our new theme will be for February! I used different sheets from the color family designer paper packs for this one:

I also cut each sheet with my 1-3/4″ x 2″ Circle Punches and layered them horizontally across the white layer:


Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Beautiful Butterflies
- Inks: Cherry Cobbler
- Cardstock: Lemon Lime Twist, Cherry Cobbler, Basic White
- Designer Paper: Regals, Brights
- Tools & Accessories: 25-27 In Color Flat Pearls, 1-3/4″ Circle Punch, 2″ Circle Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Cherry Cobbler Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Basic White Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Stamp the sentiment at the bottom right corner with Cherry Cobbler Ink. Set aside.
- Circles: Use the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and 3 different Designer Paper patterns. Use the 2″ Circle Punch and 3 different Designer Paper Patterns. Glue 5 circles across flat and the 6th one with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add 25-27 In Color Flat Pearls to the circles.
