All You Need Is Love Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week. This is our theme for this month:
I just adore the bear images from the Valentines Kisses Bundle. The diecuts too are so pretty and you can use them for so many layers. Look at the cute kissing booth:
What is also pretty is our Made With Love Designer Paper. So many reds & pinks included in the patterns you see here and all 12 sheets:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Valentines Kisses
- Inks: Real Red, Early Espresso
- Cardstock: FLirty Flamingo, Basic White, Pecan Pie, Bubble Bath
- Designer Paper: Made With Love
- Tools & Accessories: Valentines Kisses Dies, Bubble Bath Faux Linen Ribbon, Loose Valentines Assortment, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score and fold at 4-1/4.
- Layer 2: Basic White Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Made With Love Designer Paper 5 x 2-1/4. Glue 1/4″ below the top of the white layer.
- Layer 4: Made With Love Designer Paper 5 x 1-1/2. Glue below the first layer of designer paper.
- Ribbon: Glue a strip of ribbon where the 2 designer papers meet.
- Stamped Images & Diecuts: Add the following the the card front:
- Kissing Booth: Diecut with Bubble Bath Cardstock and glue with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bears: Stamp both bears on Pecan Pie Cardstock with Early Espresso Ink. Cut with the dies. Glue the short bear tucked inside the kissing booth with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the full size bear to the left of the kissing booth with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Flowers: Stamp the flower bouquet on Bubble Bath Cardstock with Real Red Ink. Cut with the die. Glue to the kissing booth on the right with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Signs: Cut one sign with the die and Basic White Cardstock. Stamp the hearts with Real Red Ink. Glue below the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment with Real Red Ink on Basic White Cardstock 2-1/2 x 3/8. Glue over the full size bear.
- Hearts: Add Loose Valentines Assortment to the background.
