Autumn Wishes Theme!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! It’s a new month and Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
It was so easy to create a simple card with a little bit of dry embossing, diecutting and a solo stamped image positioned smack-dab in the center of my card:
The leaf was stamped and diecut from the Gathering Moments Bundle and I dressed it up with a tiny knot from the Irregular Weave Trim:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Gathering Moments
- Inks: Lost Lagoon
- Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon, Basic White
- Tools & Accessories: Gathering Moments Dies, Framed Scenes Dies, Irregular Weave Trim, Gathering Leaves Embossing Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Crumb Cake Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Crumb Cake Cardstock 5 x 3-3/4. Emboss with the Gathering Leaves Embossing Fodler. Gluet to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Oval: USe the largest oval die from Framed Scenes Dies with Lost Lagoon Cardstock. Glue to card front.
- Leaf: Stamp one oak leaf on Basic White Cardstock with Lost Lagoon Ink. Cut with the die and glue to oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment on Crumb Cake Cardstock. Use a trimmer to cut close to the wording. Glue over the leaf.
- Ribbon: Tie the ribbon into a knot and glue to the left.
