Party Time With Turtle-y Awesome!
Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:
I used some of the cutest products on my card this week. All so perfect for our Party Time Theme, do you agree?
The Turtle-y Awesome Bundle and Turtle-y Cute Designer Paper have been so popular and I hope you can see why. I even added some Shades Of Green Hexagons to the sentiment layer:
Stampin’ Up! Products Used:
- Stamps: Turtle-y Awesome
- Inks: VersaMark
- Cardstock: Shaded Spruce, Darling Duckling
- Designer Paper: Turtle-y Cute
- Tools & Accessories: Shades Of Green Hexagons, Heat Tool, Basics Embossing Powders, Darling Duckling Faux Linen Ribbon
Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Shaded Spruce Cardstock 11 x 4-1/4. Score and fold at 5-1/2.
- Layer 2: Darling Duckling Cardstock 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
- Layer 3: Turtle-y Cute Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 3-1/2. Glue to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Layer 4: Shaded Spruce Cardstock 3-1/2 x 1-1/2. Stamp the two sentiments with VersaMark Ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and melt with the Heat Tool. Glue to designer paper layer 3/4″ from the bottom.
- Ribbon: Tie a knot with the ribbon and trim the ends at an angle. Glue to the top left corner of the sentiment layer.
- Bling: Add Shades Of Green Hexagons to the sentiment layer.
