Welcome to Create With Stamping Friends Creatively Simple! Connie and I create simple cards with a theme each week and for this month, this is our theme:

Do you love our Stampin’ Up! Designer Paper as much as I do? I am always amazed at the patterns they come up with each and every time a new catalog comes out. The one I used today from the Splendid Autumn Designer Paper has some interesting patterns and colors in it:

When I added my other layers, I coordinated with the designer paper colors, even the ribbon!

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

• Inks: Blackberry Bliss, Cajun Craze
• Cardstock: Wild Wheat, Blackberry Bliss, Cajun Craze, Basic White
• Designer Paper: Splendid Autumn
• Tools & Accessories: More Than Autumn Dies, Countryside Corners Dies, Wild Wheat Rustic Striped Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Card Recipe:

• Card Base: Wild Wheat Cardstock 8-1/2 x 5-1/2. Score at 4-1/4 and fold.
• Layer 2: Splendid Autumn Designer Paper 5-1/4 x 4. Glue to card base.
• Layer 3: Countryside Corners Die 4″ long with Blackberry Bliss Cardstock. Glue to card front about 1/2″ from the right with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Layer 4: Countryside Corners Die 3-1/2″ long with Basic White Cardstock. Glue to Layer 3.
• Ribbon: Create a triple bow with the ribbon. Cut the ends at an angle and glue to the bottom left corner of the label shape.
• Cup: Follow these steps:
  • Stamp the cup image on Cajun Craze Cardstock with Cajun Craze Ink. Cut with the die. GLue to the left of the white layer.
  • Stamp the cup image again on Basic White Cardstock with Cajun Craze Ink. Handcut the label from the center of the cup and glue to the Cajun Craze cup.
  • Cut two leaves with the die and keep both pieces for each one. Glue one leaf on the white label and one leaf tucked under the bottom right corner of the cup.
  • Stamp the marshmallows image on Basic White Cardstock with Blackberry Bliss Ink. Cut with the die and glue to the top of the cup.
• Sentiments: Stamp the long sentiment on Wild Wheat Cardstock 2-1/2 x 1/4 with Blackberry Bliss Ink. Glue to the right of the cup with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Stamp the short sentiment on Cajun Craze Cardstock 7/8 x 1/2 with Blackberry Bliss Ink. Glue below the long sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
